I keep this simple: this website doesn’t use cookies, analytics or any tracking. The only personal data I receive is what you choose to send me.

Who I am

Alex Wolz, communication coach, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. I’m responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach me at hello@alexwolz.com.

Visiting the website

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse. I don’t use this data to identify or follow you. The site sets no cookies, loads no third-party fonts or scripts, and doesn’t measure visitors.

Emailing me or booking a call

• Email: I use your name, email address and message to reply to you.
• Booking: the “Book evaluation call” buttons take you to Google Calendar’s booking page, where Google’s privacy policy applies. I receive the details you enter there to schedule and hold the call.
• Coaching: if you become a client, I use your details to plan and deliver our sessions and to invoice you. Notes from our sessions stay confidential and are never shared.

I process this data to answer your request, to deliver coaching we’ve agreed on, and to meet legal obligations such as bookkeeping. I don’t sell your data or use it for marketing without asking.

How long I keep it

Messages from people who don’t become clients are deleted within a year. Client details are kept for as long as we work together; invoices are kept for seven years, as Dutch tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask me to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how I use it, by emailing hello@alexwolz.com. If you’re unhappy with how I handle your data, you can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
